(More customer reviews)I recently bought this book as well as two other "giant collections" of preschool activities, and this one is the best! I love it! It gives you a theme, and then suggests topics to cover in circle time, a story to read, and a musical/dance selection. The second half of the page contains six activity stations dealing with some of the following: art, language, discovery, math, gross motor, science, cooking, dramatic play, construction, fine motor. For example, the topic "Stars Above" includes the following activity stations: art (starry night paintings), fine motor (make playdough stars), fine motor (use tweezers to move small stars), math (star sponge pattern painting), construction (make star mobile), discovery (rolling of circles and stars - which rolls?). I think it's great and I don't even want to use my other books anymore! It's all done for you. I highly recommend it.
