(More customer reviews)This is a great reference for preservationists attempting to restore or furnish a home in the bungalow style. Architects may also find it to be an interesting reference. The volume includes original floor plans and photos of homes designed in the workshop of Stickley and included in his Craftsman magazine. The original commentary on the houses is quite interesting -- if not amusing -- providing information on the social context of the houses design. The various photos and descriptions of houses from the era are excellent resources for anyone furnishing a Craftsman home or bungalow
