Whether building as a tradesman or contractor--or even as someone such as a homeowner wishing to contract the building of his house, this book is a must. I have been in the construction business for years and these two books are a must in my office and in my truck. I require all my key personnel to study them, a policy that saves money, time, and eliminates guesswork. On a scale of 1-10, I rate both a 10!
