The book gives a brief explanation of the trend towards livable neighborhoods that is popping up around the country, even here in North Carolina. Finally, a neighborhood with sidewalks that doesn't have garage doors as the focus of the homes!
The plans are widely varied, offering something for everyone- we found our home and start construction in the fall!
